Florida's DBPR Division of Hotels & Restaurants inspects every licensed public lodging establishment. Inspections are routine, complaint-driven or follow-ups ('call backs').
Violations are classed as high priority (direct guest safety: fire safety, electrical, boilers, pests), intermediate, or basic (maintenance and housekeeping items). Most inspections end 'No Further Action'; a 'Warning' or 'Administrative Complaint' disposition is worth reading.
This directory shows each hotel's current fiscal year inspections with the violation count. Use it as context, not a rating — then call the hotel with any questions.
